Welcome to Lowndes County Well being Division! MCPHD has served the residents and guests of Marion County, Indiana for nearly a hundred years. Venture DAWN (Deaths Avoided With Naloxone) is being supplied by the Trumbull County Health Department by way of a grant from the Trumbull Memorial Health Foundation.
